Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are shipped after our processing time of 7-14 working days. Delivery is 3-5 working days via Royal Mail or DPD/Evri in the UK

In Ireland it could take up to 30 working days to receive your order 

Please note that pre orders, can be delayed and that the date stated may change by reasons out of our control, there is nothing we can do and will not warrant a refund. 

MISSED DELIVERY

If you miss your delivery multiple times (usually 3 depending on your local courier) and the item is returned to us, you are responsible for providing the shipping costs for re-delivery. (Refunds will not be available if personalised) if a refund is requested this will be minus the original postage paid.

MY ITEMS HAVE NOT ARRIVED WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Most items once dispatched from us arrive within 3-5 working days in the UK , if it’s been longer email us at info@northdevongiftco.co.uk. It could take up to 10 working days if there are delays, after 10 working days after it should have been delivered, we can open a investigation with the delivery company which can take up to 21 working days. After the investigation has been completed and if the items are deemed lost we will refund or replace your order. PLEASE NOTE you have up to 7 working days from the date of your dispatch email to notify us your items have not arrive, if your items are marked delivered, we do have full tracking, if its been more than 30 days since your order was shipped we unfortunately cannot do anything. So please make sure you contact us as soon as possible.

If the courier has marked your package as delivered and have sent evidence of this, we are not liable for refunds or replacements if you haven’t received it. You will need to contact the courier to claim/find out where it is. (If you have not received the item but it is showing as received)

Multiple Separate Orders & Reducing Costs: In our ongoing effort to optimise costs and our carbon footprint, if you happen to place multiple separate orders, kindly note that we may consolidate them. This consolidation aims to enhance cost efficiency in postage and packaging, this may potentially elongating the specified turnaround time. Rest assured, we will hold all your orders until completion and ship them all as one comprehensive shipment.
